Your HSE Library account allows you to borrow books and use the electronic resources (e-books, databases, e-journals, point of care tools..) both on and off the HSE network. A valid email address and your HSE employee number is required for registration.

The  National Centre for Clinical Audit (NOCA) was established in 2022 following on from the publication of the HSE National Review of Clinical Audit Report in 2019. It is responsible for implementing the report’s recommendations:
