Note on access to Summary Product Characteristics (SPCs) 

The primary source of SPCs should be the Health Products Regulatory Authority. They are freely available from www.hpra.ie

A secondary source, the Electronic Medicines Compendium (EMC) for UK licensed medicines, is available through HSE Library. It is available to everyone working in the public health sector in Ireland. Use www.medicines.org.uk/emc for access.
