I am the General Manager of Health Library Ireland, a national Service of the HSE.
I am responsible for strategic planning and implementation of quality improvement initiatives such as enabling easy access to electronic library resources to enhance patient care. I am interested in evidence based practice and evidence informed decision making. I strive to integrate new technology to speed up routes to the retrieval of quality information.
