CUH Auditorium / morning and afternoon - short pop-up sessions:
-stretching exercises/techniques, in conjunction with the Physiotherapy Dept. at CUH

CUH Canteen pop-up stand / lunchtime:
-promotional library session 12pm - 2pm

Outside CUH Library / throughout the day:
-we will set up a 500 x piece jigsaw to be completed by library visitors/patrons

Inside CUH Library/our 'Training Room' / throughout the day:
-morning: we will run short meditation and/or exercise-related sessions for library patrons
-afternoon: we will curate and host short 10-minute playlists/songs/sounds with different themes, staff will be able to choose a playlist or sound for a short 'break'
