Connolly Hospital

Pop-up stand in the main hospital from 10am - 12pm where we will have promotional material and treats available

Informal lunchtime event in the library where the winners of the children’s art competition will be on display and the winners announced

Cavan General Hospital

Pop-up stand outside our staff canteen from 9.30am to 11.30am with library promotional material, a raffle and a few goodies

Midland Regional Hospital, Mullingar

Visit library for pens, sweets and treats on the day

Visitors will be able to try our new comfortable seating area and browse the special collection of biographies/memoirs, and view our display of mindfulness/self care titles

Free draw for all visitors

Events will be ongoing throughout the day

Midland Regional Hospital, Portlaoise

Promotional stand will be in the hospital reception from 10am - 1pm

Midland Regional Hospital, Tullamore

Pop-up stand in the hospital foyer (9am - 1pm) with giveaways and a competition

Our Lady of Lourdes' Hospital, Drogheda

Events will be from 10am - 1pm in the library

Music and treats, with a chance for a spot prize

"Wordsearch" and "Guess the number of books" quizzes with prizes, winner selected on the day

Your local "library champion" will be announced - thanks for all your votes!

Local journalist and author Barry Landy will be here with stories about the Drogheda United, and reps from Drogheda United will her here with a signed ball you can win if you enter a raffle
