5-minute Physical Exercise Clip

Physical exercise is crucial for promoting both good physical and mental health. Here is a 5 minute exercise video by The Body Coach, Joe Wicks, to help you incorporate exercise during your busy days or at your desk. Don’t let the title of “Kids Workout” fool you – we have tried and tested this video and it is a good exercise for all ages. This app allows you to enter daily diary entries that will allow you to reflect on good time and show that sometimes it’s the smallest things that can have the biggest impact on your day. The app was developed based on evidence found by Harvard Medical School, which showed a link between expressing gratitude and improved health and emotions. A user-friendly self-help tool based on proven scientific strategies, MindShift CBT teaches about anxiety, helping users to engage in healthy thinking and to take action.
